Diana "Diane" Jean Bell, age 73, of Newark, passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, just 8 days shy of her 74th birthday.

Diane was born in Long Beach, CA, daughter of the late Marion (Hanson) and Robert Strawn. She graduated in 1966 from Penncrest high school in Media, PA. Diane began her career as a Legal Secretary, eventually retiring as an Administrative Assistant. Diane was a proud and devoted Christian who loved spending as much time as possible with her family, especially her grandchildren and great granddaughter. In her free time, Diane enjoyed attending her grandson's sporting events and spoiling her grandchildren and great granddaughter. In addition to her parents, Diane was predeceased by granddaughter, Cori Maness; and brother, Daniel Alleva.

Diane is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Smitty Bell; daughter, Hillarey A. Bell; son, Brandon S. Bell; grandchildren, Shaun Maness and Nathan Bell; great granddaughter, Londyn Myers; sister, Joanne Luhrs, spouse Arthur from Scottsdale, AZ; sister-in-law Sue Alleva, widow of Daniel from Daytona Beach, FL and numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends whom she all loved. Diane was a beautiful person with a wonderful spirit who will be missed dearly.

Services and burial will be held privately.
