Dennis H. Thompson, born on September 8, 1945, of Wilmington, DE passed away at his home on August 13, 2019. Born in Gambrills, MD, he was the son of the late Mary Rhoads and Merlyn Thompson. Dennis graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and a MBA from The Johns Hopkins University. He worked at Crawford Advisors as a benefits broker for the majority of his career.Dennis is survived by his daughter, Rachel L. Thompson of Columbia, MD; his sons, T. Ryan Thompson of West Chester, PA and Shawn M. Vogt of Corpus Christi, TX; as well as extended family and friends.A memorial service will be held at The Barn Vineyard, 3224 Appleton Road, Landenberg, PA at 3:00PM on Sunday, August 25.
