Dennis M. Carr, age 69, of Lewes, DE passed away on April 7, 2026.

Born in Swindon, England, Dennis was the son of the late Dora Anne (Walsh) and Charles T. Carr, Jr. He attended St. Edmond's, Salesianum School, and graduated from the University of Maryland.  Dennis was a Sergeant in the U.S. Army and spent time in Japan while serving.

In addition to his parents, Dennis was predeceased by his siblings, Charles Carr, III, Michael Carr, and Barbara Plummer. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Patrick and Lisa Carr; his brother-in-law, James Plummer, sisters-in-law Susan Taylor, and Kim Carr.

Funeral services will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dennis' memory to Salesianum School, 1801 N. Broom Street Wilmington, DE 19802.
