David Joseph Panzer, age 57, of New Castle, DE passed away on March 3rd, 2022. Born in Wilmington, DE, he was the son of the late Frances (Wardell) and Joseph Panzer. He graduated from William Penn High School and went on to work in real estate. Aside from work, David was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and attended Philly sports events whenever he had the chance. David enjoyed traveling and just took a trip to Disney World this past December. David was a people person who loved Dewey Beach, spending time by the water, and being with his family and friends. David was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Frances Panzer. David is survived by his sister, Alice Cecilia Panzer of New Castle, DE. A visitation will be held on Saturday March 12th from 4 P.M. to 5 P.M. with funeral services beginning at 5 P.M. at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Road Wilmington, DE 19808. Burial will be held privately.
