Daniel J. Thorngate, age 34, of Wilmington, DE passed away on October 27, 2025.

Born in Wilmington, Daniel was the son of Sherry (Kucharski) and Bruce W. Thorngate, III. He graduated from Mount Pleasant High School and was working towards his apprenticeship and technical training in welding. Daniel was a strong presence and loving character. He will be missed by those closest to him.

Daniel is survived by his father, Bruce W. Thorngate, III (Wendy); his mother, Sherry Thorngate; his brother, Bruce W. Thorngate, IV; and his beloved dog, whom he was very fond of, Bleu.

Funeral services will be held privately.
