Creighton David "Creig" Dunlop, age 65, of Hockessin and South Bethany Beach, DE passed away on April 3, 2025.

Creig was born in Wilmington, DE, son of the late Marie (Ferguson) and Richard Dunlop.  He was a proud student at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School and William Penn High School.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in English and Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Delaware and attended Widener University of Law.  He worked for the Corporation Trust Company from 1983 until 2001, prior to his retirement from IVS Associates, Inc.  He was the Vice President of the Inspector of Elections.

Creig's true passions were music, movies and sports and he would share his knowledge with anyone who was willing to listen. He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies and Flyers fan throughout his entire life and was overjoyed by the Superbowl win in February 2025. Creig's love of life will be dearly missed by those closest to him.

He will be dearly missed and is survived by his brother, Richard T. "Rusty" Dunlop and his wife Sally, and numerous cousins and good friends.

At Creig's request, funeral services will be held privately at All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Delaware Hospice House, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963
