Constance "Connie" A. Toole, age 62, passed away on Tuesday October 10th, 2017 at her home. Born in Wilmington, Constance was the daughter of the late Alice Marie (Ebright) and Carl S. Mako, Sr. She enjoyed working with the elderly as a CNA most recently with Comfort Keepers. Connie was also active in Alcoholics Anonymous.Connie is survived by her life partner, Daniel Gordon Hendry; her brothers Carl S. Mako Jr. (Connie Talley) of Chaddsford, PA, and Charles "David Mako" (Wendi) of Claymont; her niece, Erika Mako and nephew, Christopher Mako; her step-daughter Jessica Hendry Schult and step-granddaughter Arianna.A visitation will be held on Monday, October 16th from 11AM to 12PM, with a funeral service beginning at 12pm at the Mealey Funeral Homes, 2509 Limestone Road Wilmington, Delaware 19808.
