Charles A. Zingo, "Chuck", of Newark Delaware, passed away peacefully and surrounded by love on Saturday November 15, 2025, at the age of 63.

Born in Wilmington Delaware, Chuck was the son of the late Alexandria and Michael Zingo Jr. Growing up, Chuck often helped out at his family's grocery store, Zingo's. After graduating from St. Mark's H.S. Chuck continued working at Zingo's as a meat - cutter and went on to help his father grow the family business until his retirement in the late 90's.

Chuck was well known for his bold, larger than life presence and outgoing personality. He especially enjoyed telling stories and socializing and could often be found striking up a conversation with strangers wherever he went. More than anything, Chuck loved and cherished spending time with family and friends whenever he could.

Chuck is survived and will be greatly missed by his loving and devoted partner Melissa A. Wells and her son Zane T. Wells; beloved daughters Brittany and Shannon; former wife and mother of his children Kimberly Zingo; loving brothers Michael Zingo III and Nicholas Zingo (Dana); grandchildren Cameron and Hunter; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, niece, and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph on the Brandywine Church, 10 Old Church Road, Wilmington, DE 19807 on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 12 P.M. Burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery.
