Charles Andrew Martin, Sr., "Chuck", age 50, of Newark, DE passed away at home on August 17, 2020. Born in Temple, TX he was the son of Linda Smith and the late Carl A. Martin. Chuck graduated with his master's degree from Goldey Beacom College and worked in I.T. for Delmarva Power for 21 years. In addition to his father, Chuck was predeceased by his sister, Tammy Martin, his grandmother, Joyce Sewell, and his nieces, Amanda and Nicole. Chuck is survived by his children, Charles A. Martin, Jr., Robert Martin, and Brittanie Brown; brother, Robert Eby; his mother, Linda Smith; his partner, Tamara Stewart; his stepsister, Julie Ferm; and his grandchildren, Khameryn, Austin, Payton, Dawson, Jade, Amanda, Ellen, and Isabel. A visitation will be held at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Road Wilmington, DE on Sunday August 23, 2020 from 3 P.M to 5 P.M.
