Age 80, of Wilmington DE, passed away June 7, 2015, after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Catherine was born to the late Edward and Mary Margaret Cornely on September 12, 1934 in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia. She graduated from Cecilian Academy, and then continued her education at the University of Delaware, where she graduated with a degree in education. She met the late Charles L. Paski Jr. at University of Delaware and the two were married October 22, 1956. They were married 34 years before his death in 1992.Catherine was a homemaker whose passion was volunteering for the Junior Board of Christiana Care, where she served as president. Her hobbies included tennis and travel, and her flair for fashion and decorating brought her much fulfillment.She will be missed by her children, Charles III (Mary), of Wilmington, Patricia (Steve) Clark, of Hockessin, DE, Polly (Jeff) Guringo, of Cecilton MD; and her grandchildren, Patrick, Bradley, and Christine Paski, Tony (Gina) Ventresca, Robert, Leah, and Rachel Dows, and Christopher Clark. She is also survived by a brother, Edward P. Cornely and family, of Philadelphia PA.Mrs. Paski will be buried during a private service.
