Age 17, of Newark, DE, passed away tragically at his home on Thursday, February 25, 2016. Born in Newark, DE, Ben was the son of Steven E. and Diane (Bartz) Tilley. He is also survived by his sister, Tori Tilley and his brother, Bryan Tilley; his grandparents, Nancy and Robert Bartz and Frances and Jack Kreuz; aunts and uncles, Suzanne and Michael Gallo, Dawn and Bill Bartz, Rick and Linda Bartz; and many loving cousins, family and friends. His grandfather, Bryan Tilley, predeceased him. Ben was a loving soul that would do anything for anyone. He loved animals, loved playing his guitar and had a strong, vibrant personality that will be truly missed by all. Friends and family are invited to visitation on Wednesday, March 2nd beginning at 4 PM at Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Road, Wilmington where funeral services will begin at 7 PM.
