Barbara Ann Madill, age 86, of Hockessin, DE passed away peacefully on October 19, 2024. Born in Wilmington, Barbara was a lifelong native of Delaware. Barbara graduated from Wilmington High School and went on to work in retail at Gaylord's Clothing Store in Wilmington, until its eventual closing. Barbara was an original parishioner of the Parish of the Resurrection in Pike Creek. She enjoyed visiting the Moose Lodge #630 Newark with her husband, Robert, and spending time with her children.

Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Robert Madill, Sr.; and her son, Robert Madill, Jr., in 2021. Barbara is survived by her son, Mark Madill of Millsboro, DE, her brother, Joey Weber (Connie) of Pike Creek, DE, and multiple nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 30th from 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. with funeral services beginning at 12:30 P.M. at the Mealey Funeral Homes, 2509 Limestone Road Wilmington, DE 19808. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in Barbara's name to Resurrection Parish, 3000 Videre Drive Wilmington, DE 19808.
