Age 45, of Bear, DE, passed away on Monday, November 5, 2018 at Christiana Hospital surrounded by her family.Born in Wilmington, DE, Barbara was the daughter of the late Ronald Lee and Mary Lou Alice (Bailey) Igou. She graduated as a cosmetologist from Shilling Douglas School of Hair Design.She is survived by her daughter, Chloe Igou; her sister, Anne Igou; her brother, James Igou; her life partner, Cranston Raisin; and nieces and nephews, Jaime Igou, Latisha and Greg Wright.Services will be private.
