Arthur "Buzz" Hamilton II, age 73, of Wilmington, Delaware, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

Buzz was born in Wilmington, DE, he was the son of the late Dolores (Gronech) and Arthur Hamilton. Buzz was a proud retiree of Chrysler for over 30 years, he was known for his strong work ethic and his willingness to lend a hand to anyone in need.

Buzz had many passions throughout his life, including riding his Harley, playing disc golf and kayaking. He was an avid Steelers fan who looked forward to football Sundays with his buddies and rarely missed a NASCAR or NHRA race. His love of the open road led him on many trips, including memorable adventures to Amsterdam.

Family and friendship were at the heart of everything Buzz did. In addition to his parents, Buzz was preceded in death by his beloved daughter Dawn Barnes and sister Shirley. He is survived by his sister Carolyn, brother Gary, son-in-law Michael, grandson Mark, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Buzz will be remembered for his generosity, laughter, and his devotion to those he loved.

A visitation for Buzz will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025 from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. with funeral services to begin at 11 A.M. at Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808. Burial will be held at All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808 on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 11 A.M.
