Anne Marie Donovan, age 68, of Wilmington, DE passed away surrounded by her family on July 2nd, 2023.

Born in Wilmington, Delaware to Anne Marie (Carney) and the late William J. Donovan, Sr. She graduated from Brandywine High School and went on to work at Delaware Trust in administration under Tyler McConnell. Anne loved spending time at the beach, going on cruises, dancing until her knees hurt, gambling at Delaware Park, and partying with her friends and family.

Anne is survived by her sons and their spouses, Matthew "Matty OH" and Marcelle, Bryan Jr. and Kara, and Mark and Amanda; her grandchildren, Evie and Ethan; her loving mother, Anne Marie Donovan; her siblings, William "Billy" Donovan, Mary Blodgett (Rick), and Michael Donovan; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

A visitation will be held on Friday July 7, 2023 from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Road Wilmington, DE 19808. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 8th, 2023 at 10 A.M. at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 7 Sharpley Rd, Wilmington, DE 19803. Interment will follow at Cathedral Cemetery.
