Alice R. Keane, 94 of Wilmington passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Heartland Hospice House.Alice was born in Philadelphia, PA the daughter of Alice(Murray) and Joseph Hassett. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John the Beloved Catholic Church. Alice was predeceased by her daughter, Rosemary Keane in 1983 and her husband, John Keane in 1998.Alice is survived by her children and their spouses, John and Tonna Keane of Winchester, VA and Joanne and William Hauptfleisch of Fredricksburg, MD; her granddaughters, Kristin Wolf and her husband, Allen and Alison Keane and her great-granddaughter, Alexandra.Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at St. John the Beloved Church, 907 Milltown Road, Wilmington at 11 AM, where friends may call after 10 AM. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Wilmington. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 185 Salem Church Road, Newark, DE 19713.
