William E. Andrews, "Wild Bill" 60 of Wilmington passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Christiana Hospital. Billy was born in Wilmington, the son of the late Stella R. (Boyd) and William E. Andrews. He attended P.S. DuPont High School and worked in the bakery department of Acme Market in Lantana Square as well as with his brother Dan in their family HVAC business for 15 years. In addition to his parents, Billy was predeceased by his brother, Roger Andrews. Billy is survived by his brother, Daniel L. Dennis, Jr. and his wife, Tiffanie of Newark; his sister and her husband, Linda and Paul Rock of Jacksonville, FL; his sister-in-law, Denise Andrews of Newark and his nieces and nephews, Julieta, Daniel III, Elena, Dominic, Olivia, Shannon, Stephanie, Kristen and Justin.
