Virginia Morrow Fagan, aged 97, passed away on May 10, 2017 surrounded by her family.Virginia was born September 17, 1919 to William and Alma Morrow in Delaware City, De.Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Betty Ewaka, her son Robert F. Fagan Jr, and her great grandson, Brayden Speakman.Virginia is survived by her daughters Frances Vickers (Ray), & Billie Speakman (Tom), son Shawn Fagan Sr., daughter in law Maryann Merrylees, and brother William K. Morrow Jr. Virginia was a loving grandmother to Stephanie (Jeff), Robert, Kellie (Pierre), Philip (Lori), Heather, Brandon (Heather), Brad (Lauren), Marisa (Steve), Shawn Jr., Derek (Amanda), and 12 great grandchildren.Virginia was a graduate of Goldey-Beacom college. She was dedicated to her career as a secretary spanning some 70 years. Virginia enjoyed visiting the casino, cheering on the Phillies on TV, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family.Funeral services with the Reverend Brad Martin, Chaplain of the Wilmington Fire Department will be held on Wednesday May 17, 2017 at the MEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 2509 Limestone Road at 12 Noon, where friends may call after 10 AM.
