Age 57, of Hockessin, DE, passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, April 16, 2017 surrounded by his family.Born in Wilmington, DE, Michael was the son of Felix and Marie (D'Andrea) Rapposelli. He was a 1978 graduate of Salesianum School and 1985 graduate of University of Delaware. For the past 10 years, he worked as Marketing Manager for Performance Physical Therapy and Evening Class Coordinator for Delaware Technical & Community College for 22 years. He was a member of the Salesianum Alumni Association. Michael will be dearly missed by his wife of 27 years, Nicola "Nikki" (Rondeau) Rapposelli; his children, Vincent A., Elizabeth D. and Anthony J. Rapposelli, all of Hockessin; his parents Felix and Marie Rapposelli; his brothers, Joseph A. and his wife, Christina, and Stephen, all of Newark; his mother-in-law, Freda Rondeau of Wilmington; his sister-in-law, Barbara Rondeau of Dallas, TX; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.Friends and family are invited to visitation on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Mealey Funeral Homes & Crematory, located at 2509 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808 from 6 to 8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 4701 Weldin Road, Wilmington at 11 AM on Friday morning.
