Mary M. Wink passed away on October 11, 2016 at Christiana Hospital.Mary was born in Wilmington, the daughter of the late Delia (McDonough) and Michael Walsh. She was a graduate of Ursuline Academy and Immaculata University. She worked as a teacher in Pennsylvania schools, before working as a secretary for the Atlas Powder Company and at St. Matthew's Church for 14 years. Mary was a member of St. Matthew's Church, where she ran the bingo nights. She also served as a representative for the Daughters of Isabella. Her husband, Peter passed away in 2001. Mary is survived by her nephew, Charles Biehl (Carol) of Pittsburgh, PA and her cousin, Pat Mealey of Bradfordsville, KY. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated On Thursday morning at 11 AM at St. Matthew's Church, 901 E. Newport Pike, where friends may call after 10 AM.
