Lawrence E. White, 59 of Delaware County, PA, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018 at Naamans Creek Country Manor in Boothwyn, PA, surrounded by his family and the dedicated staff of Heartland Hospice. Larry was born in Wilmington, DE, the son of the late Jane (Donahue) and Earl White. He was a graduate of Delcastle Technical High School, class of 1977. Larry enjoyed playing card games & pool as well as watching football and baseball. He was a dedicated, hard-working man, working various jobs throughout his career, most recently employed as an independent contractor for the Daily Times.Larry is survived by his daughters, Valerie Rossney and her husband, Brian, of Lincoln University, PA and Andrea White and her fiance, David Burris, of Bear, DE; his granddaughters, Alana his brother, Terry White and his wife, Cindy, of Hockessin, DE; his sister, Diane Vallone and her husband, Gary, of Pike Creek, DE; his nieces, Jennifer and Melanie and his nephew, Michael. Family and friends are invited to a Visitation on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at MEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 2509 Limestone Road from 9:30 A.M.- 11 A.M. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery.
