Kathryn M. Gallagher, age 68, of Wilmington, DE passed away on April 4, 2021 at her home. Born in Chester, PA she was the daughter of the late Blanche (Keefe) and James Montgomery. She graduated with her associate's degree as a paralegal and went on to perform clerical administrative work in the retail industry. In addition to her parents, Kathryn was predeceased by her son, John Gallagher. Kathryn is survived by her daughter, Heather Gallagher (Wayne Driver); her grandchildren, Aaron Hartnett and Gabrielle Driver; her sisters, Ethel Burns (Robert), Jenny Foley (Rob Lynch), Blanche Scott (Jeff) and Laura McClay; her brothers, Frank Montgomery and Jimmy Montgomery; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family. Funeral services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to American Heart Association, 200 Continental Dr. Apt 101, Newark, DE 19713.
