John Wayne Thomasson, age 78, of Wilmington, DE passed away peacefully on August 7, 2021 in Newark, DE. Born in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late Madeline (Rudloff) and Benjamin Thomasson. John graduated from the Salesianum School and attended Temple University, before working as a self-employed business owner in Information Technology. John is survived by his sisters and their spouses, Jacqueline "Jackie" and Jay Parthemore of Ocean Ridge, FL and Jean and Joseph Hudak of Lewes, DE; his aunt, Ruth Rudloff; his cousin, Ruthie Rudloff; and several nieces, nephews, and their families. Burial will be held privately at All Saints Cemetery, Wilmington, DE.
