Charles L. Boyd, age 83, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018.He was born on New Year's Eve, 1934 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Albert and Mary Russell Boyd. Charles was an engineer who retired from General Motors. Outside of work, he especially enjoyed golfing and bowling. In addition to his parents, Charles was predeceased by his wife, Louise Boyd and his son, Tracy Boyd.Charles is survived by his sons, Steven (Cindy) Boyd of Elkton, MD and Charles, Jr. of Newark, DE; his grandchildren, Michelle Boyd, Amanda Boyd, Austin Boyd, and Alexis Boyd; and his great-grandchildren, Ryan Dulude and Dylan Dulude.The family wishes to thank Pat Jones for always being there when we have needed her.
