Casimir Woznicki, "Cas", age 86, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022.

Cas was born in Wilmington, DE, son of the late Ethel (Witkowski) and Charles Woznicki. He started his own concrete construction company that grew into what became known as Stanton Construction.  Cas loved to work, and continued working at his business for 70 years until his passing. When he was not working, Cas loved trapping and hunting. You could find him in the marsh from December through March.  Cas's happiest times were spent with his grandchildren, great grandchildren and family.  In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Elizabeth Farone, and son-in-law, James Brown.

Cas is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Barbara (DeMarco) Woznicki; daughters, Debra Brown and Marsha Sanders; sons, Chuck J. Woznicki, Joseph J. Woznicki (Pam), and John A. Woznicki (Patty); his grandchildren, Dana, Jimmy, Wesley, Lauren, Naya, Ian, Keith, Shaun, and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Alaina, Mason, Caitlyn, James, Noah, Arora, Cooper, Aubrey, Kayden, and Harland V; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 8, 2022 from 11:00AM to 12:30PM at Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808, where funeral services will follow at 12:30PM. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery.
