Brian D. Wolfhope, 62 of Wilmington, DE passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at his residence. Brian was born in Huntingdon, PA, the son of the late Edna (Shaffer) and Philip Wolfhope. He graduated from William Penn High School in York, PA and worked as a maintenance contractor for Capano Management since 2005. Brian loved the outdoors whether he was hunting, fishing or riding his 4 wheeler. He was a loving and caring uncle to his numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Brian will be missed by his sisters and their husbands, Carol and Dave Berkheimer of Dover, PA and Mary and Bret Wallace of York, PA; his brothers and their spouses, Michael Wolfhope, Sr. and Vicki of Alexandria, PA, Steve Wolfhope, Roy and Cindy Wolfhope, all of York, PA; his nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Brian will be also be missed by the whole gang at the Charcoal Pit on Kirkwood Highway. Friends may call at the MEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 2509 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE on Wednesday afternoon from 2 to 3 PM, where a service will begin at 3 PM. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Huntingdon, PA on Thursday at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, 110 S.
